Great hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with currency exchange on my first stay, which I appreciated. I'll definitely come back for another trip!

The room was relaxing with an ashtray placed outside next to the window air conditioner, the bed was comfortable. The location was marvellous and decent and close to parks and hills. The area was quiet, a comfortable base for me.

The hotel was located near to south Escondido, La Jolla and Safari Park. The staff were polite and wonderful as well, would stay here again. The food provided for breakfast was outstanding. The location was unbeatable legal in California. Everything met needs and I had a really great stay even for business trip.

Single motel. Clean. We slept well. The neighborhood was quiet, no noise.
Simple breakfast, good (American) coffee, vacuum-packed pastries, cereals and canned juices, fruit (apple-bananas). The goal was to spend a cheap night, and nothing else.

The room is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is complete with pastries which is appreciated in a country that is not necessarily focused on this style of breakfast.
The quality of the Wifi is maybe a little bit fair considering the attendance of the motel.

The supposed non-smoking room reeked of smoke and had a cigarette butt under the sheets, with no smoke alarm present. To make matters worse, a mini-fridge leaked water on the floor, ants were found in the bathroom, and baby cockroaches crawled around. After discovering these issues, we checked out at 12:30 AM, and due to being charged twice, I ended up relying on a family member for help to find another place until the charges were reversed days later.

We had such a blast exploring the nearby trails for mountain biking and climbing with our family and friends. The spacious rooms accommodated us perfectly. The kids loved the pool area too!
In my wife's opinion, additional family-friendly activities would be great.

The cleanliness of the room and hotel and the friendly staff.
The kitchen was too small it would help if it was bigger and if there was more tables for people to be able to eat.
